Begin as similar proposals in thr House and Senate.
What is the second step in making a bill become a law?
Committee holds hearings, makes changs, and recommends passage.
What is the third step in making a bill into a law?
All bills must go through the House and Senate again before reaching the Presidents
What is the fourth step in making a bill into a law?
Once both the House and Senate approve of the Bill it is sent to the President and signed into a law.
