What is classical conditioning?
It's a learning process/behaviour when two stimuli are paired up repeatedly to provide a new learned process
What is the first step of classical conditioning?
"before conditioning" a stimulus in the environment had produced a behaviour/response which is unlearned - lead to an untaught response
step 2?
stimulis which produces no response is associated with the unconditioned stimulus at which part now the conditional stimulus
step 3?
the conditional stimulus has been assocaited with the uncondiitonal stilumus to create a new conditioned response
examples of step 1
a stomach virus (UCS) would produce a response of nausea (USR)
