What is epimysium?
A structure that surrounds a skeletal muscle and all fascicles in a muscles
What is perimysuim?
A structure that surrounds individual fasicles and seperates a muscle into small compartments.
What is endomysium?
A structure that surrounds individual muscle fibers.
What is the sarcolemma?
A cell membrane of a muscle fiber (Its a cell)
What is Sarcoplasm?
It is cytoplasm or a muscle fiber.
What is myofibril?
Threads of protein inside the sarcoplasm
What is myosin?
Thick protein filamentinside a myofibril
What is actin?
Thin protein filament inside a myofibril.

What is the Z line?
Protein to which actin binds
What is a band?
A region where myosin overlaps actin
What is Sarcomere?
Unit of muscle from Z line to Z line.

nerve cell that connects to muscle fibers.
What is a neuromuscular junction?
connection between motor neuron to muscle fibers.
What are neurotransmitters?
Chemicals that go from neuron to muscle fibers.
What is a motor unit?
Consists of motor neuron and a muscle fiber.
