Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026
By creating a deck or flashcard on Braineos, you agree to these terms.
Prohibited content and behavior
You may not create, upload, or share content that: is spam or unrelated to studying; harasses, threatens, or bullies another person; is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene; promotes illegal activity; or infringes someone else's intellectual property. We call this "objectionable content," and we may remove it and suspend accounts that post it.
Reporting and enforcement
If you see a deck or user that violates these terms, use the Report button on that deck or profile. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take no action, at our discretion.
Your content
You retain ownership of decks and cards you create. By making a deck public, you allow other users to view, study, and copy it within Braineos.
